When posting info about your trip, post your topic as either an Announcement or as a Sticky. That makes sure the trip info stays at the top of the list of posts. (Look in the "Options" section underneat the text area when you submit your post.) If you want your phone number displayed next to your name on the forum listing of trips, please let me know. It makes it easier for members to find your phone number, but I didn't want to put your numbers on display without asking.
